Business loyalty discount

Eligibility begins upon execution of a new 3-year or 5-year electricity renewal contract. The loyalty discount is released only after the contract has remained active for 60 days. It is issued only to the contracted business organization, never to an individual. The incentive is a vendor transaction allowance of up to $1000.00 for a qualifying organization.

Business documentation and year-end tax reporting

Before the loyalty discount is released, Nulite requires a completed W-9 and documentation identifying the official legal business entity, EIN and registered business address. Nulite will issue any Form 1099-MISC, Form 1099-NEC or other year-end tax reporting required by applicable law.

Vendor Transaction Allowance

X.1 Incentive Structure. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Contractor shall provide the Client with a one-time financial incentive designated as a Vendor Transaction Allowance in the total amount of up to $1,000.00, based on the qualifying volume of a signed 3-year or 5-year contract (the “Allowance”).

X.2 Eligibility and Documentation. To qualify for the issuance of the Allowance, the Client must submit a fully executed and verified corporate IRS Form W-9 listing the Client’s official legally registered business entity name and Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN). No documentation or information pertaining to an individual employee’s personal Social Security Number (SSN) shall be accepted.

Disclosures & terms

The Vendor Transaction Allowance is strictly a business-to-business (B2B) commercial concession. All incentive payouts are issued solely via corporate check or corporate ACH wire made payable exclusively to the Client’s legally registered business entity. Execution of this Allowance requires a finalized contract and the submission of a valid corporate Form W-9 listing the organization’s Federal EIN. No payments can or will be issued to individual employees, managers or personal bank accounts. Void where prohibited by corporate policy.
